Merry Christmas......

Merry Christmas Family and Friends!

Wow.....it was 85 degrees here today in Maui and people were in bathing suits and the beaches were packed. Brittany worked all day and has tomorrow off. The shops at Wailea are open on Christmas....she works Christmas day. We are in a resort town and everything is open 365 days a year. So tomorrow is our Christmas celebration. We are going to sleep in and take a long walk on the beautiful beach, right outside our back gate...and have some morning fun, then church at 4:00 and to a Christmas party tomorrow night with mom and dad. We are celebrating life each day and thankful for the many little things that life brings our way. My recovery is slow but my family is encouraging me on to fight the good fight of cancer once again. We are working hard with insurance to get an interplan transfer to California so I can move back to have all my next treatments. My list is long and my plate is full....but God is Always for us not against us and holding us close to His heart All the way through. That is so encouraging!! I am so thankful for my beautiful kids, Brittany and Brett, Brett's wife Tammy, and my darling grandson Talon Lee....and our new little one on the way, due the end of April. Oh...and Brittany's Tiffany Ann (her maltese)!!! Wow...God is so good and blesses us along the way even during times where life doesn't make sense!
In the book of Luke, Chapter 2:9-14 reads; "An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you Christ the Lord. This will be a sign to you; You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Suddenly a great company of heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests" Isn't that beautiful?
We hope you have a heartfelt Christmas with your family and friends, relax and make many new memories....and Celebrate the birth of Jesus!

Love and blessings, Shari, Brittany, Brett, Tammy and Talon Lee
